Customer enters brief registration info at the time of placing order
After order placement, pool of registered drivers get sms about the order
Drivers get logged in and who so ever accept order, is assigned the same
Customer gets sms about driver and vehicle number etc. along with a pickup code and delivery code
Driver on reaching pickup location ask for pickup code before loading
Customer can track the live location of driver on map and driver can take help in route navigation on the map
Driver on reaching dropoff location ask for payment as per the mode of payment, which can be 'Online
Payment' as well 'Cash on Delivery'
Driver after successful payment ask for delivery code and enter the same
Status of order is changed to 'Executed' and Payment status is updated as 'Paid'
After successful delivery, driver now can accept another available order
Driver from his logged in interface can see past history of his orders as well as payment status
Customer from his logged in interface can see past history of his orders, payment status and generate invoice in PDF format
