A customer can make payment online for the logistic service either in advance or after successful deliveries.
The Logiquik Drivers, Partners are independent of the LogiQuik. The Company offers a website based Applications enabling a customer to make contact with a transporter to have a Delivery of Goods.
The service offered by the Company is that of putting the User and the Logistic Service provider in contact only. It is the sole responsibility of the Logistic Service provider to make the Delivery of Goods. The Company is not party to the contract entered into between the Customer and the Logistic Service provider with regard to the Delivery of Goods
Before making an Order Request, the User should read these T&Cs in full to ensure that he/she understand the terms on which the Company and the Logistic Service operator provide the respective services.
